This is a tiny, in-person service: you message me on WhatsApp, we meet for an hour, I help you build one AI tool. Here's exactly what happens with your information.
Who I am
I'm Ilona, an individual offering informal one-on-one AI sessions in Barcelona. You can reach me — including for anything on this page — on WhatsApp (+34 693 736 734).
What I collect
Only what you choose to share when you message me on WhatsApp — your name, your phone number, and what you write — plus whatever we discuss and build together during the session. There's no form, no account, no sign-up on this page.
Why
To arrange your session and help you during it. Nothing more.
Our messages go through WhatsApp, which is run by Meta under its own privacy policy. If you'd rather not use WhatsApp, just tell me and we'll find another way.
This page
No cookies, no accounts, nothing that follows you around the web. What I do keep is a plain count of two things: that a page was opened, and which button was pressed. No IP address in that record, no name, no identifier — nothing that ties one visit to another or to you. It tells me whether writing this letter was worth it, and nothing else. The counts sit in my own database, hosted for me by Supabase, and I delete them after twelve months. The one outside thing this page loads is the lettering font from Google Fonts, which logs your IP address as part of serving it.
The online course
The online version — AI Mediator — runs entirely in your browser. No account, no sign-up, no form: nothing you type on that page reaches me. The same plain count applies there as here — a page was opened, a button was pressed — and nothing else leaves your browser.
What it does ask you to do is talk to an AI app, Claude or ChatGPT. Those are other companies: whatever you paste goes to them, under their terms, not mine. Some modules invite real details — your residency paperwork, your inbox, your week with your kids' school hours in it. Paste what the task needs and leave out what it doesn't: document numbers, full addresses, other people's names. The tool works just as well with "my TIE renewal" as with the number printed on the card.
Payment
Cash, in person, after the session. I don't take or store any card or payment details. The online course has no checkout yet — when it opens, a payment provider will handle it and sell on my behalf; until then there is nothing to buy and no payment data anywhere.

If I ever share something you said about a session, I'll ask you first. No consent, no sharing.
Keeping & deleting
I keep your messages only as long as needed to arrange and follow up on your session. Ask me to delete them and I will.
Your rights
You're in the EU, so you can ask me to show, correct, or delete the information you've shared, or to stop messaging you. Message me and it's done.
Children
The service is for adults. If we build something for a child (like a homework helper), we do it with you, the parent, present — I don't collect information from children.
